  • Core Values Index (CVI) is a historically developed and psychologically affirmed assessment designed to facilitate self-awareness. Self-awareness is formed through exposure to CVI language that helps us make sense of our personal lives. Do I see reality through power, love, wisdom or knowledge? Am I moved by faith, truth, compassion or justice?

  • Your contribution focuses on how you most naturally show up in healthiness. In contribution you feel the freedom to fully be yourself. What type of presence do you enter a room with? In connection to others, what do you bring to the table that adds value?

  • Your conflict focuses on how you most naturally show up in unhealthiness. In conflict you do not feel the freedom to fully be yourself. In this lack of freedom how do you attempt to take control of the environment? In what specific way do you cause conflict rather than contribute to the good of the space?

Thank you Dewayne and Wendy, for joining us in Wickenburg at the Flying E Ranch to work with our students. The life timeline project you hosted was a phenomenal exercise for everyone involved to bring attention to the fact that we all have had obstacles to get through and give our kids hope and understanding that they may not have gotten any other way.

We appreciate how engaged and attentive you were with our students. It made a difference for our students to meet in such a a unique environment to share their stories and learn to sit with their feelings to work through them. Thank you for giving our students a start to becoming the best version of themselves.
