Access to personal development has increased with the rise of technology and more specifically social media. You can pretty much find coaching, counseling, and even psychology tips online, especially from my favorite learning institute, YouTube University! The challenge with tech and social media however is the lack of personal connection. In the 10 years that I’ve been running a life coaching company, no matter how tech driven we become, people desire most to connect with a trusted person. We desire most to be seen and loved for who we are and where we are in life. There’s not enough encouraging videos in the world that can make a human being feel seen and loved. That can only happen between two humans, engaging each other with some part of their senses. This is why TDH is working to make life coaching more easily accessible to our current and future friends. With this truth in mind, we have embraced the never-ending pursuit of “becoming the Netflix of coaching.” You should be able to have a trusted and known humane connection, regularly available to journey with you thru any life season. Based on this connection you should be able to access a wealth of valuable information to consume, and wrestle with in ways that provide meaning. Lastly, you should know that you can always access this platform as much or as little as you desire and still get the same level of quality on every engagement. Personal Development cannot be eventful, it must be as normal and accessible as Netflix.
